What is Winteria Festival?
Winteria is the biggest winter festival happening for the first time in India. A family fest that invites all the children and their parents to enjoy the winter vibes in the most adventurous manner.
What are the dates and time of the Festival?
10th and 11th February 2024
Timings - 11 AM to 7 PM
Where is the 2024 Edition of Winteria Fest being held?
The venue for 2024 edition of the festival is Noida Haat, Sec-32, Noida.
Who can attend the Winteria Fest?
The fest is open to families. Parents and children are most welcome to be a part of the grandest celebration of winter there is in India.
Where do I check the schedule?
You can check the schedule on our website soon. Don't forget to pick our welcome kit with the schedule from the entry gate at the festival venue.
How many artists and performers are featured in the Winteria Fest?
Prominent visual artists, renowned performing artists, celebrated theatre artists, storytellers, and illusionists will be present at the festival for interactive sessions, shows and workshops.
Is the festival ticketed?
Entry to the festival is chargeable for families. There are two kinds of passes, passes for families with a single child and passes for families with two kids. Both these passes allow access to all the sessions, shows, performances, installations, selfie points, happening across stages. Any products purchased from the Ice and Snow Zone, Carnival Area, Food Court, Activity Zone, Shopping Zone and Book Fair Zone will be chargeable by the respective vendor/brand.
From where can I buy online tickets/passes?
Entry to the festival is only guaranteed by registration at www.winteriafest.com and BookMyShow only. Passes purchased/registrations from any other sources/websites will be considered invalid.
Can I cancel the pass/es?
Passes can't be canceled. The dates of the passes can't be changed.
Can I buy passes at the venue?
Yes, there will be a few passes available at the venue as well. We recommend you book passes online to avoid long queues and inconvenience.
Is there any discount for group ticket booking?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk bookings of more than 20 passes. Contact us for more details.
My payment has gone through, but I have not received a confirmation of my purchase. Has my registration been successful?

How can I check if my registration has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS, and Whatsapp . Upon arrival at the festival, please present the code, email or SMS at the Registration Counter to receive your Festival Access Band.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there will be a variety of food stalls at the Festival serving a variety of cuisines and beverages. You can buy and enjoy your meals.

I bought a family ticket, does this have to be 2 adults and 2 children?
No, a family/group ticket can apply to any 4 individuals and isn’t governed by age.
I’ve given my tickets to someone else, but it is my name on the ticket, will that matter?
No, we check the barcode on the ticket and not the name, so this won’t matter.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How far is the parking from the event?
Parking is at the venue itself, comfortably located at walking distance from the festival location.
